There is a 12-year cycle of animals in the Chinese zodiac related to the Chinese calendar. According to the Chinese zodiac, this coming lunar year is the year of the Dog. In Chinese culture, people who are born in the year of the Dog, are described to have characteristic and personalities of being loyal and honest, amiable and kind, cautious and prudent, as well as the impression that they tend to have a stubborn personality.
